TikTok App Terms of Service

These terms cover the Small Time Devs TikTok app ("the app"), operated by Small Time Devs Inc, a Wyoming corporation. Our general website terms are at smalltimedevs.com/terms.

1. The service

The app sends short videos produced by Small Time Devs Inc to a connected TikTok account as drafts, using TikTok's official Content Posting API. The app never posts publicly: the account owner reviews, edits and decides whether to post each draft in the TikTok app.

2. Who may use it

Only TikTok account owners authorised by Small Time Devs Inc may connect an account. By connecting, you confirm you own or are allowed to manage that account, and you agree to these terms and to TikTok's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.

3. Content

Videos are news summaries created with AI tools from publicly reported news. Each draft's description credits the source and labels the video as AI-generated. They are information only. You are responsible for reviewing each draft before posting it and for keeping the AI-generated label when you post.

4. Your TikTok permissions

The app uses only the permission you grant: uploading video drafts. You can withdraw it at any time from your TikTok account's app permissions or by contacting us. The TikTok App Privacy Policy explains what data is used.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use the app to break the law, infringe anyone's rights or break TikTok's rules, and you may not try to access the app's systems or other accounts.

6. No warranty

The app is provided "as is" and "as available". Uploads depend on TikTok's services and may fail or be delayed. We do not promise that it will always be available or error-free.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Small Time Devs Inc is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the app.

8. Changes and ending the service

We may change these terms or stop the app. Changes are posted on this page with a new date.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.
